On Valentine’s Day, the expert of our ProCheese community, Oksana Chernova, visited the “Breakfast with 1+1” broadcast and shared ideas on how to easily organize a romantic evening with a cheese plate for two.
Oksana talked about delicious cheese pairings and told several interesting stories about cheese, connected by love and passion.
Here are some tips shared by the expert:
- Take young goat cheese, symbolizing the beginning of a relationship, and complement it with chocolate
- Add Mini brie, cut a heart-shaped hole in the cheese, and fill it the with raspberry jam
- Finish the plate with spicy notes by putting blue cheese on it
