ProCheese is relaunching a training program for future cheese sommeliers and those already working in the field.

Offline training will occur on March 20-21 in Kyiv and will be a powerful impetus for professional development.

Participants will train their receptors and create a wheel of flavors for each cheese category. They will also taste more than 20 types of cheese and pass a unique aroma test.

After intensive practice, each student will be expected to develop a cheese plateau in the storytelling format. “Defense” of their project will be carried out in the same way as in front of the client. After all, our experts know that it is not enough to have specific knowledge — it should be used to surprise.
